The owner Anthony Amato butchered my hair, it feels like nightmere I went in to have my hair trimmed, long layers and get side swept bangs, (simular to Jlo's look) he sat me down and expalined what he was going to do, and not take take off my lenth, he told me myu hair has split ends and was damaged at the ends he will clean it up, I have very long silky streght hair, I'm asked if I'm wearing extentions, the front of my hair was down to my waist, he asked me why I left my hair grow so long and if I was medication casue it was so soft and silky, so he cut it just past my neck, took all my lenth down about 4 nches and chopped my hair all over, I walked out not really noticing how short it was, i think i was in shock, hoping it wasn't what I thought, when i came home I brusehd and restyled it and noticed how uneven and chopped it was, I called and complained and told him I will make sure to tell everyone how bad of a stylist he is, he actually laughed in my face and said go ahead we are so busy it's hard to get an appointment (hmm I got in with 2 hours), he also asked me if I'm ok I don't sound right, I was upset after cut my hair, how does a women feel when someone gives you the worst, ulgy bad hair cut in your life and then laughs about it, beware if you plan on getting your hair done at Anthony Amato Salon Garfield Hts Ohio 44125, your better off going to best cuts without spending the $30.
