Review content:
We had a few stains from our pets and had family coming into town for the holidays. We weren't ready to replace the carpets so I tried cleaning. I used one of those rentals a few months ago and it didn't seem to get the carpets really clean, the spots and smell were still there although lighter. My neighbor had used this company for cleaning and had been happy with the results. So, I made an appointment yesterday. The technician came out and gave me a demonstration so I could see what all the options were for cleaning. I am very happy with the look and smell after cleaning and will never try to do it myself again. Thank you Pure Duct Systems for the great job. Ms. Lennox
