I went to Lia Hyundai to take advantage of .9% financing during April 2011. The salesman, Jason Cosmo, was extremely helpful in trying to find a basic silver Sonata for me. They did not have one in stock but after meeting with the sales manager Jon Kirschman they found that they were getting a silver Sonata as a swap that weekend and would be able to deliver the car the following Monday. I had checked prices with Consumer Reports and found Lia Hyundai's pricing to be very fair. When the car arrived we discovered that it had rather high mileage for a new car. This was due to the fact that it had been moved between a couple dealerships in Western New York and then was driven to Albany. When I discussed this with the general manager Michael Bowers he gave me a voucher for future service. I thought this was extremely fare. I felt that Lia Hyundai went "the extra mile" to make this sale a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend them.
