I recently started shopping for Auto Insurance in California. Before talking with Laureen's State Farm office I had spoken to many "Insurance Chains" (Progressive and so on) and I felt like I was talking to a computer even when it was a live person. It was so frustrating. When I spoke with Deana I honestly felt like I was talking to a friend that I had known for many years. She took the time to explain what is what and what kind of coverage I would need for my Daughter who was moving from our home in OR to attend UCSC. I sure wish other companies had people who would explain things to us common folks so we understand our insurance better. After speaking to Deana I took a hard look at my own coverage in OR and actually found that I needed to make a few changes. I really appreciate her professionalism and patience. I had to call back another day and spoke to someone else in the office, who was equally courteous and professional. Our daughter has decided to stay another year here in Oregon but will be coming to Ca in the next year or so and will definitely be calling Laureen's office to purchase our coverage.
