I would like to take the opportunity to thank yourself and your office for the rapid and efficient response to our maintenance requests. This has enabled us to settle into our apartment easily and we are very happy with the apartment and the repairs made. I have previously had issues with other real estates in regards to maintenance within a rental property and it is very pleasing that I have not had the same difficulties with your office. Your efficiency and hassle free approach is accompanied by the high professionalism of your whole office. Well done and thank you.
