It is unfortunate, because the dentists and hygeniests are really great, However, the office staff there make it absolutely unbearable. They will not work with you with payments at all, even though many people are struggling with this awful economy. They are nasty and rude. They charge you for office visits you have never made, then cancel your appointments at a moments notice. Where's my money for my inconvenience? After many years of putting up with their nonsense and agrivation I have left along with 5 of my other friends and their families. I would have liked to explain to the dentist why they are losing so many patients after years of loyalty, but the office staff refuses. They said they will pass it along which you know they won't. BEWARE! My actual rating of them is actually -10, but that is not an option. GO FIGURE!!!
