Businiess name:  Amway Grand Plaza, Curio Collection by Hilton
Review by:  Tom P.
Review content:
The Amway, downtown Grand Rapids, is a wonderful four star hotel that has finally realized that much of its decor, which was fabulous when it opened in the early 1980's, is in serious need of updating. Thankfully a number of areas of the hotel have been refreshed. I must say that two of the hotel's most expensive restaurants, 1913 and Cygnus, were nice but did not have that "wow" factor one would expect from a high-end hotel / restaurant. The other hotel services and the rooms are great as is the customer relations.
