Review content:
In defense of Dr. Pierce, she did not even work at RAH in 2010. Also, Dr. Pierce is a very good veterinarian. She may not be able to sweet-talk her clients as well as Dr. Ratcliff, but she is certainly no slacker. Dr. Ratcliff is an ego-man whose only concern is to seem caring and compassionate to his clients. He is no magical veterinarian and he is no diagnostic genius. He just talks to his clients really well, but if you want a veterinarian to get to the root of the problem, go elsewhere. If you're looking for bedside manner, go to Canes (the chicken place).Your focus should be on the wellness of your animal not the ability of your doctor to make you feel special inside.
