If you take a chance be ware. They will not stand by any time they tell you they will be there. The owner called me or whom he said he was the owner and told me I should have told the scheduler that the time she gave me was not acceptable, that it is their business practice to be available late in the day and so you do not have to take off work and that I was lying when I said that I was told by his people that from 3-6 pm was the only time available for that day. Look I don't know about you, but when I am having to take off work to meet a service contractor I expect them to make a 3 hour window and then they don't have the common courtesy to call. This is completely unacceptable. I told the owner all I wanted was to be compensated in a manner that was inline for his companies failure. He said no he was not willing to do that. I then told him I was not looking for free service but for us to be able to come to an agreement on repair price when they figured out what was wrong and compensate me for their failure. He again said no. I told him that I would use every facet I could to let people know what they are getting into with this company. Bottom line if you are a person that has a schedule to keep don't ever try to hire this company, you will end up with egg on your face!!!
