Review content:
The actual medical facility inside is rather small to be called a hospital. It consists of a few examination rooms and a kennel area. The veterinarians on staff are usually knowledgeable and have a good relationship with all sorts of animals. I brought in two hamsters that had escaped from their cages and ran free under the hidden crevices under the kitchen. As a result, the hamsters were bruised up and had cuts. They were also traumatized. The vet on shift was nice and gentle with the hamsters, but mistakenly took the food pouches as tumors. I laughed because it was so absurd that the vet did not know the basic anatomy of a household pet.
