So a few years back I was doing laundry, when this horrible CHUGA CHUGA CHUGA starts up. I ran to my washer, which was doing a hoe down. I stopped it and called the appliance doctor, and he scheduled me in. Two days later he stopped by and fixed it. What I liked most about him was that he explained what was wrong, and what he was going to do to fix it. For him to take the time to explain showed me personal interest, and i appreciated it.
