Review content:
NJ Books carries books for Rutgers, New Jersey Institute of Technology [NJIT] and the University of Medicine and dentistry of New jersey [UMDNJ].
Who knows how such a small space can carry all those books and they literally carry absolutely every book. They also carry all school supplies. You can literally be done with your school shopping here. They carry all Rutgers merchandise (tees, sweats, caps, books and supplies w/ Rutgers logo on them]
Their new and used prices are cheaper than the Bradley Hall bookstore at Rutgers. The space is always a massive crowd for the whole first week of class [duh! who buys books before school even starts!]. If you need books right before a class, forget it. You better do it during one of your free periods.
They take cash and credit/debit cards. Pay attention, sometimes there are separate lines for plastic.
Their return policy is simple. Once add/drop period is over [usually the first two weeks of schhol], you cannot return a book, you just have to sell it back. Keep your receipt if you think you may need to exchange it, or aren't sure about a class.
They also do book buy-back at the end of a term.
One warning: you cannot pick and choose your book like at a regular bookstore. it's too small for that system. You give them a copy of yor schedule (Registrar's/web printout) and they hand you your book. If the used one is too marked up, you may ask for another one, but then, don't expect a smile from the harried clerk.
YOU MAY ALSO WANT TO COMPARE PRICES ONLINE. I'VE HEARD THEY'RE EVEN CHEAPER.
