Stores throughout the bay area are run of the mill, and then there is Carnes of San Jose, California. I did my due diligence and played many pianos throughout the bay area. Heard alot of stories, but this place gave honest advice before and great service after the delivery! I am renting a piano with a purchase option and if all goes well, I will buy a grand piano from Carnes Piano Co.
I always check Judy's recommendations, my wife swears by this rating forum.
