We went to see the premier of the Simpsons movie at midnight- everything was going well. Half way through, the movie started playing upsidedown and backwards from the end. After getting the manager, he proceeded to come in and pass out free tickets. He never gave an explanation or an apology. They got the movie started back up and many notified the manager it was not where we had left off. The manager snapped back that there was nothing that could be done and that they had only skipped 5 mins of the movie. Most people left after realizing that at least 30 minutes of the movie had been skipped. After the show we waited for the manager and couldn't find him anywhere. He was rude, short, and lacking some serious customer service skills. This is one of the worst experiences I've had at Virginia Center 20. I will not go back to that theater. Pros: good movie times Cons: bad service, rude manager
