NOT WORTH DEALING WITH
We are doing a home remodel and have bought close to $2,000 worth of supplies from Seconds and Surplus. After buying a toilet that was t wrong size, we had to return it and they did not carry the appropriate size needed for our two bathrooms. Seconds would only offer us a store credit or return with restocking fee upon bringing them back. We asked for the store credit so we were not out another $100 but that same day we were picking up $500 in tile we had just purchased. Seconds refused to let us use the store credit we just received for the toilet on the tile that we had just purchased because we had charged the tile to a credit card the day before.
After spending $2000 at Seconds on this remodel and another $2k a year before, the store and its managers refused to try to help accomodate its loyal customers in any way. This happened at the end of our remodel so Seconds had their money but was happy to put us out money. This made our experience horrible with Seconds and will not be back. Its worth paying the extra money to deal with a helpful, understanding provdier like Home Depot or Lowes!!!!!
WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!
