Yes, sometimes shopping makes us feel good. But rarely does a store go out of it's way to make you feel good, just because. La Petite Coquette, and its superior salespeople, does exactly that. Whenever I go there, the staff, Alexandra, Karen, go out of there way to make me feel beautiful and have some fun. Six months ago, I had major surgery and my body has gone through a lot. While home recovering, I made a plan to have an outing to Coquette. I knew they would take care of me - I always have had great service there. What I did not realize is that the staff would go out of its way to help me through my recovery and the changes I go through until I am better than ever. The selection at the store is great. There are expensive, indulgent pieces, sure. Lingerie is a little bit of luxury and fantasy. But there are also everyday underwear, basic (but better) smooth tee shirt bras and items in every price range. I am shown as many things on sale as I am at regular price. I am treated as an individual, not as a one size fits all. The store keeps track of my purchases so they know I like a certain item, or that something else might be better. I have brought many of my friends, and it is a fun excursion for us, and they always want to come back. I just brought these pretty little white cotton pajamas last night, just for me. Not only are there no judgements in the store, but I feel better when I leave than when I go in. This store is not for everyone. Only for those who like great products with fantastic service, and like to feel special.
