So I was given an estimate over the phone, once the technician arrived and took a look at the stains he said he needed to do a little more than the steam cleaning to make sure the stains won't come back and gave me a different but set price. I was in doubt but I trusted the professional and went ahead with his recommendation. When he was done I was more than happy with letting him what had to be done, despite of it being a little more it was worth it.
