Review content:
I had an under the counter RO system installed and paid for it outright and had a water softening system installed outside on the main water line which I rent.
Problem 1) the under the sink system leaks. I have called and asked for a service person to come out twice and no one has ever returned my call to come out and schedule an appointment. I have learned to deal with it after all this time.
Problem 2) the outside system is supposed to be checked and the cartridge changed out twice a month. Before I had the system installed, the salesman explained to me that I would have to shut off the system (by turning on the bypass valve) before I watered my yard because the treated water would damage the plants. Dumb old me thought that if I shut off the system (so I could water) they would leave it off. After I noticed that several of my plants were dying I started checking the bypass valve. Culligan was turning it back on EVERY TIME. I have asked them THREE TIMES to STOP turning the system on and they will not listen. They are idiots, and you need to go to someone else if you want people to listen to you...I plan on taking them to small claims court if they do not give me a refund on my account for the damage to my yard.
Pros: none
Cons: they are idiots
