I bought my water heater from the hardware store with initial plan to have their contractor install it but the cost was unimaginably outrageous. The contractor from the hardware store said my water heater is in a really tight spot and will need more of everything (men, hours...) to get the old one out and install the new. I wasn't going to pay that amount for labor without getting another contractor's water heater replacement cost. I asked around, made some calls and got introduced to Bob from Portland Plumbing Plus by a friend. to cut a long story short, Portland Plumbing Plus overall cost is 1/2 the cost of the other contractor. The work was challenging because of the difficult location of my water heater (the other contractor was right there) But Bob and his men accomplished the difficult task in less time than the other guy said it would take. I recommend Portland Plumbing Plus to anyone needing sincere professional plumbers
