Because of the flooding in New England (Oct 2005) we encountered multiple detours and didn't arrive till past midnight; the innkeeper was waiting for us with our key, and kindly suggested we wait till morning to deal with the paperwork. I travel for business and stay at all the fancy Hiltons, etc. - the Maine Line was cleaner than some $200/night rooms in which I have stayed. The beds may not be as plush, the linens not so posh, but hey, for $120 for two nights, I would recommend this to all
