There are no words to express how Dr. Norouzi and her staff have changed my life. My new smile is my old frown that has been turned upside down!!! I was the one on every picture that never smiled, I started to lose my self confidence of which I was never at a lose for --- BELIEVE ME! I began to dread meeting and talking to new people because I would have to hold my mouth in a manner of which they couldn't see my tooth loose etc. It was excruciating. I finally went to a Dentist only to get the run around about payment I lost hope. Then while on a business trip I saw a commercial for 1-800-DENTIST and even though away from home I called the number and was connected to Dr. Norouzi's office. I will never ever forget the young lady that answered the phone and understood my plight. I was already carrying the financial weight of the world on my shoulder but was desperate for help. She calmed me down and assured me that help was on the way through Dr. Norouzi! When I met Dr. Norouzi I was blown away by her compassion and charm! Jacki the Office Manager worked out a payment plan in conjunction with my Flexible Spending account at work and today...YOU CAN'T STOP ME FROM SMILING!! I flash a smile like a Las Vegas High Roller flashes cash!!! In my car at the stop lights, in the grocery store, in the fast food drive thru -- heck even walking pass my mirror!! My glow has been renewed and if you are reading this and need help I urge you not to waste another day of unhappiness -- MAKE THE MOVE TO IMPROVE!
