Not sure what happened to Milagro? Never have I had a problem before but this visit in 2011 is when I experienced a problem there was no one available to correct the situation or the proper managerial staff present to help. The staff's strength is not customer service. I left feeling horrible when I should have left feeling relax and happy. Still can not believe this happen and to top it all off the manager never returned my call to rectify situation. It's really not worth the money spent here especially if something goes wrong or if you need any kind of corrections. It's sad for me to say this buy after being treated the way I was I could never go back. Completely disappointing. I am embrassed to recommend Milagro to any of my husband colleagues' wives my girlfriends at my children private school. I guess we will have to travel a little further to Long Branch for our spa days out.
