Not long ago I stopped here for an estimate for a windshield replacement on my early 1980s Chrysler, which has slightly oxidized paint but is in otherwise good condition. It is a long-established business and was recommended by a friend. It seemed like a good choice...boy was I wrong. The people inside ignored me at first, then when I told them what I wanted, they went outside with me to look. The saleswoman got downright rude when she saw that my paint wasn't in the best shape and probably thought I was going to stiff them or something. Fact is I had CASH in my pocket and was ready, but the saleswoman then claimed that the windshield was discontinued. Then she said "If WE can't get it nobody else can" like they were above everybody. Fact is, she lied. Two other glass shops said the windshield was available, and I ended up going to one of them instead. I didn't appreciate being judged because my vehicle's paint was in less-than-perfect shape, and did not appreciate the uppity attitude of the saleswoman because my vehicle did not meet her standards. I recommend avoiding this glass shop at all costs...they take the attitude that they are the only glass shop in town and that there are no alternatives, and that they will only work on vehicles that meet certain appearance standards.
