I found Dr. Omar and Dr. Natalia's office on the internet...it had good reviews so I decided to give it a shot. I had a great experience from the get-go. Just even from the phone call to make my appointment...good customer service is lacking in many medical offices nowadays, but this is not one of them.
I was suffering from neck pain that would give me this terrible headache on the top of my head. Exedrin used to help me with the headache, but the neck discomfort was always there. I knew going to my regular doctor wouldn't take me far with this, and I really didn't want to be doing PT for months. So I decided to try chiropractic, and I'm so glad I did.
I was nervous about getting my neck adjusted, but Dr. Omar and Dr. Natalia explained they practice a very specific technique which doesn't "twist" your neck. I saw little kids in the office that were getting adjusted, and they seemed fine, so that eased my nervousness a bit too.
Since I've been seeing them, the pain is gone and the mobility in my neck is just outstandint. I couldn't even turn my neck properly when driving, I would have to shift my entire body...but now my motion I think is almost 100%.
I very much recommend this office. The really know their stuff!
