Review content:
We used them to clean out our sewer line. They guy they sent to our home did not completely clean out the line, or comply to the company policy. Our basement backed up again, caused another claim on our home owners insurance, another $500 deductible and Alan’s service would not apply the money we spent on the bad job for the new one. They were unwilling to work with us at all, and have lied to save their butts. The code of ethics they buy into is just for show, along with the fake image they try to build for themselves. This company does not stand by their work. I would rather let my basement flood than let another one of their plumbers enter my home.
