Duane and his team did an amazing job waterproofing my Willowick home! They were polite, professional, prompt, efficient and very well organized. The team went out of their way to ensure that I was not inconvenienced and considering I work from home, this was no small task. The work was complete and well done. Each step of the process was explained at the beginning and then shown to me when completed. Duane fielded questions from some of my other family members as well to ensure that everyone was comfortable with the work that was being done.
Duane's crew, Sanders, John, Jim and Will make a fantastic team and work very well together. Each one is skilled at what they do and pleasant to be around. Sanders is the only person I've ever met that can be knee deep in dirt, tar and plastic and still smile and laugh! Great folks, doing a great job!
I would highly recommend this company and this team to anyone!
