I was really happy with my first visit to Radiance! They were recommended by my general practitioner (who goes there herself) which made me feel more comfortable. I am very happy with the results (unlike one of the previous reviewers), as well as the price, and plan to go back in the future! I really liked Julie, who performed my procedure. And Radiance called me twice afterward just to check in and see how I was doing and see if I had any questions, even though I only had a minor procedure. The place was clean. They helped me sign up for a rebate over the phone, which saved me $50! They were willing to be conservative with me, which is important to me. All in all, I am very satisfied. I will try to update in the future when I have another visit. (There were only minor issues, such as cigarette smell on the phone, the dour demeanor of the woman at the front desk, stale Oreo's, jokes from R. about spending more money or coming back right away. To me these things are very minor in contrast to all the great aspects of this operation--but maybe they make the difference between Very Good and "World Class" rating).
