Good: I love the service, the small friendly environment, the members, the staff (Michelle, Lewis, and Jonathan), and the instructors (JoAnne, Rod, Shari, Sabrina, Katey, Tricia, and more).. Bad: I HATED the owner, Charmaine B. Gordon. she is a horrible business owner, and horrible manager. She constantly berates her employees in front of members, makes rude and inappropriate comments about her members (all shapes and sizes), and she blatantly plays favorites with her members, too. Some members pay $20/month, some $75/month. Additionally, some members pay an astronomical initiation fee, while others will have theirs waived. She will take your money, stab you in the back, and leave you to die!. Improvements: NEW OWNER!!! More fans in the gym area because it's always 100 degrees in that place, and she never turns the a/c up.. Other: I only rated it one star because I had to give it some rating. With Charmaine the place is horrible; without her it earns at least 4 stars..
