Thought this place was going to be great! Was greeted at the door had lunch in the cafe. Then it went down hill. I was searching for a truck and couldn't decide between a chevy and dodge. My sales person Carrie was awful she was rude and didn't know much about what she was talking about. Plus some of the other salesman were badmouthing people in the cafe. Needless to say I didn't feel comfortable with a dealership wiith such lack of respect for there customers. "The extra mile" was only about two feet out the door really. Ended up going else where...And Bob you has such a great experience maybe because you've worked there for years. I love how dearlerships try to boost there ratings
