the property manager Tara was always polite and professional and the maintenance guy (I think his name is Julius) was awesome. He was so nice and helpful, and always explained what he was doing to fix something in case it happens again and he's not available. Oh, and get this: HE ANSWERS HIS PHONE! How weird is that?! I always thought that leaving a maintenance request voicemail and getting a callback in 2-3 days was the standard, but not here. He answers his phone and can usually come same-day. I'm already missing that since I moved because it's been 10 days now and my new management company has yet to get me a working mailbox key, or even return my calls as of lately.
