Businiess name:  Chez Nous

Review content:
There are a lot of great restaurants in Austin, but Chez Nous is definitely not one of them. I went there to celebrate my engagement -- what a disappointing place to go! Not a single item, from my French Onion soup to our ribeye steaks (served with a huge dallop of butter on top and the smallest side dishes I've honestly ever seen) to the desserts (a $9 crepe filled with grapes and a couple of berries) were served at the proper temperature, and the service (we went on a rainy Wednesday night) was very, very slow. After the end of a $100 meal, my new fiance and I left hungry and disappointed - and we actually had to stop by HEB on the way home to grab some late-night snacks to tide us over. Do your wallet and your stomach a favor -- go to one of the many other fabulous restaurants around town - but skip Chez Nous. Pros: None Cons: Cold Food, Slow Service
