Buying a nice piece of real estate in Nashville is a bit tricky. There are just too many choices, some houses are very excellent, and some are less so you really need an eye of a good realtor to avoid bad deals and end up weeping tears like a child. And I’ve seen this happen before to so many folks, which makes me wonder why people like to rush? Anyway I was fortunate to rely on good information from someone knowledgeable about the market and avoid those silly mistakes. Before moving from Atlanta where I lived before, my college gave me his Synergy Group business card and told me to call them once I was in Nashville which I did. He also told me they were reputable. OK… but that I had to see it for myself! Once in Nashville I drove by and I gave them my specs and preferences and in a very short time they had more than 10 beautiful houses for me to choose from that matched perfectly my needs and tastes. I was flabbergasted! Literally these were real houses, real gems! One week later I came back in Nashville to visit those houses and make my final choice. I highly recommend the Synergy Group (http://www.thesynergygroupoftn.com) because these guys are the real deal; they know their stuff and they will find fine houses for you in no time.
