Review content:
I was told it would take about 11/2 hours from start to finish, and that was how long it took. The technician arrived when he said he would. He put down canvas on the hardwood floor to protect it from the vacuum hose. The work done seemed to be a thorough and efficient process. The air ducts had not been cleaned for at least 6 years that I know of, and the cost was well worth the benefit. We do not notice as much dust build up on surfaces as before the cleaning.
