I think Carol's review sounds spiteful! I happen to know the owner of this salon to be a fantastic person and also very friendly! The salon is impeccable and the staff of hairdressers is outstanding. The manicurist is so in demand that it is difficult to get an appointment! That's the sign of a great salon. It makes me wonder if Carol is making this review to get back at someone for something personal instead of making a true and objective review of a business.
