I know it is not a really positive thing to write in this review about my adventure with booze and driving. In fact I don't feel proud of what I did. However once things are done the only thing you can do is face it with intelligence and humbleness. This is why I decided to hire Mr. Elkind's services. I found his services to be extremely pertinent and honest throughout the whole process. I was not really drunk, the breath test itself showed that I was not drunk however the prosecutor insisted on the DUI charges and I was still under the state limit. Mr. Elkind managed to prove that I had not drunk enough to have such accusation and my charges were reduced. Obviously I committed to never drink and drive again and not only because of the punishment but because of the civil responsibility. Very honest and professional attorney.
