I've eaten at Tir Na Nog twice. The first time, the service was slow and the food was average, but I liked the atmosphere and the music. So when my friends and I were planning to attend an IMAX movie across the street one night, we showed up to Tir Na Nog two hours before movietime so we would have plenty of time to kick back and relax with some Irish brew before heading over to the movie. Two hours later, we had only gotten our drinks, and had to rush out the door and literally run to the theatre to make it to the movie in time. Our food never came, and the waiter wasn't apologetic - just very matter of fact about the kitchen being so slow and our food still not showing up. I think a good manager would have comped our drinks in an effort to apologize for the gross inconvenience of getting NO DINNER and to convince us to give them another shot in the future, but instead we got no visit from any manager of any kind. I don't think I would ever return to Tir Na Nog just on principle.

Cons: Never Got Our Food!
