Review content:
The Civic Center Of Hartford is currently going through some major renovations. The place is really torn up, but, the civic center is still opened. The mall is ripped apart. The circus comes here and some major concerts play here. Its also home to the hartford WOLFPACK hockey team, the Whalers use to play here. Its an OK Center. I wouldnt recommend this place now, maybe after the work is finished....
