Review content:
Kind of surprised seeing one and two star reviews for this place. The Food: I have been about a dozen times and have had a fantastic experience with the food. I always order the tri-tip, either the dinner or the sandwich. The meat is good quality, the sides are always delicious, and the choice of sauces are all very good. Last time I got the garlic mashed potatoes and the tri-tip chilli for my choice of sides. Delicious combo. The portions are not too big or too small. Don't expect to get a gut busting amount of food, but don't expect to walk away hungry. The Atmosphere: The people who work there are nice and courteous. It is usually a quiet place yet a good place to have a conversation. The Price: The prices are decent but not great if you are expecting to have a simple lunch. I always end up spending anywhere from $11 to $14 on a meal with a drink, but it is worth it to me. Other thoughts: I have seen some of my friends order cuts of meat that didn't look that good to me, but they are fattier cuts and some people like those. My only experience is with the tri-tip, which I highly recommend.
