I had braces at Dr. DeMarco and Tilkins office. Throughout my life I was really unhappy with my smile. I had several opinions and decided to go with Dr. DeMarco and Dr. Tilkin because they really cared about my concerns and wanted me to be a part of my treatment. I feel like Im family when I step in the door. The assistants treat me with the utmost respect and care. I am always asked how I am feeling and what my concerns are. My teeth have improved dramatically and I am getting my braces off soon! All I had to do was follow the treatment plan that Dr. DeMarco, Dr. Tilkin and I created and the rest was easy. My mouth feels healthier and it is easier to clean straightened teeth. I have never had this type of custom service before anywhere. Every customer service / healthcare industry should take lessons from them. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE! GREAT ORTHODONTIST!
