Review content:
The initial guy seemed to talk me into the furnace too fast. I wish I could have waited, but he seemed to rush me, and I got kind of stressed out. I felt afterwards that I got talked into it, and I am not really happy with that.
I also ended up with two different financial services, with two different credit companies. That means I will be getting two different bills and two finance charges. If I had known that from the start I would have said no.
I have been a widow for 2 years, and my husband was ill before that, so now everything is breaking. There were 4 major things I had to get replaced, so I would have like to get a little more out of the furnace, especially because it was still working. I am a little frustrated.
However, I am happy with the furnace and the thermostat. Everything is working great. The young men who put it all in were also great.
