Review content:
The Main Street parking garage is in a good central location in downtown Norfolk. It's also well-lighted and safe, and is usually well staffed. However, like all of the other city run parking garages in Norfolk, it is rather expensive ... if you're looking to park for cheap, park at MacArthur Center and walk the couple of extra blocks to wherever you're going.
