Review content:
I went to Lin's to pick up a take-out order since they don't deliver. I arrived about 20 min. past the time they said my order would be ready. It wasn't ready. When I asked about it the manager/owner started telling me I called the wrong place and that I shouldn't be complaining. I had asked very nicely! He started in on me like crazy person telling me don't come in there and yell at him when I called the wrong place. We never determined where I called. Regardless shouldn't he have apologized and asked me what he could get me right away? What happened to the customer service? I won't be back to Lin's. There are plenty of good Chinese restaurants that deliver & have a much better atmosphere for dining too. So long Lin's!
