Review content:
The staff was rude and very unprofessional. One staff member told a guest at my party not to mess up her nails because she didn't feel like doing them again. Staff was overheard stating that they couldn't stand listening to the kid's squeaky voices. The foot baths were not cleaned and changed between girl's, which I was too busy to notice until it was too late.as I was having to start manicures because of the lack of staff and space.One staff member from our party was getting her eyebrows waxed instead of helping out with services that were being done. And too complete this horrible experience, Grace added a 30% gratuity to our total bill! And of course they want the money beforehand!! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!!!!!!!!!! I only gave them such a high rating because negative stars weren't offered!!!
