I am appaled at the behavior from the salon owner who obviously goes on after bad reviews are written, and writes good reviews to make herself look better!! So, Grace, write what you must!! I have had two experiences here, and both have been terrible. The staff is very inexperienced, and my dogs hair came out better at the puppy parlor( and it didn't cost as much!!) After the first time, I figured the stylist was just having an off day, but the second time was inexcusable!! Maybe the owner should take the time to train her staff, and take some classes on how to run a professional business, and the reviews would get better without her publishing nastiness everytime she is called out for her terrible salon.
