I brought in my 2500hd duramax diesel for transmission repairs, service was excellent. Starting with service advisor "Hutch" who was on top of everything, and very knowledgeable of this highly uncommon issue on these trucks. I talked to the tech and he too was very knowledgeable and also had exceptional communicatin skills. The final product took some time, but this was because this was a warranty issue and had to be authorized by GM hq; But I know the job was done right, and i was supplied with a GM paid rental car for the duration of my service.
