The first thing I noticed immediately with Rosen is no one pounced on me as if I was "fresh meat" on the lot, which has happened to me at many other dealerships, and that is something I greatly despise. I was able to walk around the entire lot in peace and choose which vehicles I was interested in test driving. Once I made my choice, I walked in and Craig Roffers was the first friendly face to greet me. I told him exactly what I was interest in, and what price range I wanted to stay within. I test drove four vehicles, and Craig had each one waiting for me. He didn't jump in the cars with me to go for the test drives as if I was some sort of thief going to run off with the merchandise. And yes....I have had other dealerships treat me that way. This made me more relaxed, not feeling rushed or pressured in any way. I told Craig the car I wanted and he made it happen! I drove off the lot with a 2011 Kia Optima LX!
