Definitely don't move here. The management is poor and the maintenance staff is slow to respond to issues. We had trouble with Avon Creek from the moment that we signed our names to the lease. The apartment was filthy when we moved in and we had no hot water for 3 days becuase the maintenance staff didn't believe that our hot water heater was broken and blamed the problem on the gas company. When we complained to management about the condition of our apartment and the lack of hot water, they seemed unconcerned and we had to demand a concession on our rent for the following month. Whatever you do - do not move here. We've been counting down the days until we can move out of this place since the day that we moved in.
