OutToday.Com was very prompt in coming out; I was actually able to schedule them the next day after calling. They were very courteous. They put in a new furnace and electrical panel for me.
They cut a hole in the pantry floor where a contractor was later going to make a hatch, but they took the wood piece with them. One of the guys cleaning up must have thought it was garbage. There was a lot of cold air coming out of the hole, so my boyfriend had to buy a piece of plywood to cover it up. That was really my only complaint. The contractor used that plywood we bought to make the hatch, and OutToday.Com is going to give us the money for the piece of plywood.
Otherwise the guys were really nice. Even though I said they didn't have to, because my carpet is stained and needs to be cleaned, they put down a piece of tarp and used foot covers. I was busy the day I called them, but they scheduled a visit for the next day. They were half an hour early that morning, so they are very prompt. I enjoyed them a lot.
