Kathy Burman at Snoqualmie Valley Mortgage put together our mortgage as well as a refinance for a lower rate two years later. Kathy was an expert at explaining all the intricacies and options and helped me feel at ease with the concept of signing away thousands and thousands of dollars.
During our refinance Kathy helped us determine when we should finalize the deal to try to get the lowest possible rate and personally brought the paperwork to our house to sign. After it was signed she stayed around to talk about hiking.
