Businiess name:  Pat's Precision Auto Care
Review by:  steve m.
Review content:
I have been using Pat's as my auto repair shop for about the last ten years. A few year's back, Pat himself retired and I believe that the shop is now primarily run by his son. With this change in ownership, I have noticed a decline in quality of service. The whole family and most of the workers are very friendly, but the service is lacking. For instance, I brought my car in for 2 reasons a few months back. They called me to let me know the cause of one problem and then said that they did not notice the other problem (erratic idle). They did not go onto ask me more questions about the other problem...They just simply told me that they don't see the problem. Within five minutes of leaving the shop I noticed the problem still present. I wish they would have taken my problem more seriously and look into more deeply or at least ask me more questions about it. Then when I picked up my car they explained nothing. They just had me pay the bill and gave me my keys. That is represtive of the service I receive from them these days. I am leaving Pat's and finding a new auto repair shop.
